What to compare in your proposal

• Date and timing: Confirm the event hours, preparation access, and vendor setup and collection arrangements.
• Spaces and guest count: Review the ceremony, dining, and dancing layout. Published capacity is up to 200 guests indoors and 300 outdoors; confirm the arrangement for your event.
• Services and equipment: Ask which items and services are included and which need to be arranged separately.
• Food and vendors: Request the current preferred vendor list and catering requirements before making outside bookings.
• Complete cost: Review minimums, payment dates, applicable charges, and cancellation or date-change terms in the written proposal.
